A: Yes. Our flag store is located in Tel-Aviv, Israel, but we deliver worldwide using premium worldwide delivery services.
Q: When will my order arrive ?
A: All orders in Israel that are accepted before 6 pm will be sent within 4 hours from the time of the order. Later orders will be sent during the next business day.
International Deliveries – allow 24-48 hours to deliver.
You can ask for a specific time of delivery through the order process, we will contact you if it is not possible.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order ?

Q: What do the different sizes mean ?
A: The number of flowers, greens and elements that are used in the bouquet or arrangement. The images of the product represent the Medium size.
Q: What happens if the receiver is not at home on the time of the delivery ?
A: Our delivery person will leave the order with a neighbor, and leave a note on the receiver's door. If you are not sure where and when the receiver will be, add a comment and supply the receiver's phone number in the order process, and we will contact the receiver prior to delivery.
Q: Do all the flowers in the bouquet are available at all time ?
A: No. Some flowers are seasonal so we replace them with other flowers that match in colors. If you want to make sure that your favorite flower is currently in stock, call us, or add a comment in the order process and we will call you if needed.

The store is open Sunday to Thursday 8am – 8pm and Friday 8am – 5pm
